“I thought I’d share an album that apparently has been somewhat hard to find.”

The soundtrack to the 1998 real-time tactics game Myth II: Soulblighter is now available to purchase and stream from one of its composers’ Bandcamp.

The game’s soundtrack is composed by long-time collaborators Marty O’Donnell (Halo: Combat Evolved and Destiny) and Michael Salvatori (Myth: The Fallen Lords and Destiny 2) and it was actually while congratulating Kate Remington on the fifth anniversary of the Music Respawn show that O’Donnell revealed he had added the soundtrack to his Bandcamp.

“In honor of Kate’s Music Respawn 5th Anniversary, I thought I’d share an album that apparently has been somewhat hard to find,” O’Donnell tweeted.

The soundtrack to Myth II: Soulblighter comprises 30 tracks of orchestral and ambient music; the track “Epilogue (with narrator)” includes narration by Geoffrey Charlton-Perrin.

Myth II: Soulblighter is developed by Bungie and was released for macOS and Windows.
