Prologue for Syberia: The World Before available now ahead of the game’s release.

Fans of the Syberia puzzle-adventure series can get a taste of the latest instalment with the prologue for Syberia: The World Before, which is available now for free on Windows.

The game’s soundtrack is composed by series composer Inon Zur, who aside from scoring the soundtracks to Syberia II and Syberia III, is also the composer of online role-playing game Fallout 76 and the upcoming third-person shooter Outriders.

“I’m delighted to confirm my return to the world of Syberia, the fascinating universe created by the visionary artist and storyteller Benoit Sokal,” said the award-winning composer in an article posted to his website. “I’m very proud of crafting this neo-classical and multi-ethnic score to help bring the unique and dreamlike world of Kate Walker’s first adventures to life. I look forward to sharing more in the future!”

Syberia: The World Before is co-developed by Microids and Koalabs with a full release scheduled for 2021. The prologue trailer is embedded below.
