Digital and physical editions set for release in November.
The side-scrolling shooter Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype – Definitive Edition, developed by SideQuest Studios, is releasing on PlayStation 4 with the limited edition of the game bundled with some additional items.
The original Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype was released in 2010 for PlayStation 3 via the PlayStation Network and was later ported to PlayStation Vita. This definitive edition includes all previously released downloadable content integrated into the base game, the ability to share replays, online scoreboards, updated weapon and boss effects, rebalanced challenge difficulties, and a new gallery mode.
The game features 10 stages presented in high-definition video at 60 frames per second.
Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype – Definitive Edition is set for release this November both digitally and physically for PlayStation 4.
The limited-edition physical release of the game (only 2,000 copies available) comes with a numbered certificate, manual, 2-CD soundtrack featuring the score by Rafael Dyll (composer of NEO XYX and Ghost Blade HD), poster, and a collector’s box.
Pre-orders for the limited edition will be available at 16:00 BST on 24th September from online retailer Play-Asia.
