The soundtrack to adventure game Mutazione is getting a release on vinyl.

Developer Die Gute Fabrik describes the game as a mutant soap opera, in which players take on the role of teenager Kai as they care for their ill grandfather Nonno who lives in a secretive community called Mutazione.

The game’s soundtrack – composed by Alessandro Coronas – will be pressed on two black vinyl discs. The 2xLP album features a garden-themed gatefold jacket, liner notes, and artwork by Die Gute Fabrik founder Nils Deneken. This double-vinyl release also comes with a digital download of the soundtrack.

Pre-orders are available now from the iam8bit online store with shipping scheduled for Q1 2022.

The soundtrack to Mutazione is already available to purchase and stream from digital platforms including Amazon Music, Apple Music, Bandcamp, Deezer, iTunes, Spotify, YouTube, and YouTube Music.

Production company iam8bit has also announced that the game will be getting a physical release for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. Pre-orders are available exclusively from iam8bit with shipping scheduled for Q3 2021.

Mutazione is available for PlayStation 4, Linux, macOS, Windows, and Apple Arcade.
