Laced Records is celebrating its fifth anniversary this month and along with a redesign of its logo and website, the music label has announced new variants of its Resident Evil and Resident Evil 2 soundtrack albums.

The soundtrack to the 2002 GameCube remake of Resident Evil is getting pressed on two 180g blue vinyl discs. The album comprises 44 tracks composed by the Capcom Sound Team including Masami Ueda (Devil May Cry and Resident Evil 3), Makoto Tomozawa (Mega Man X, and Dino Crisis), and Akari Kaida (Breath of Fire III and Ōkami).

The Resident Evil 2 double-vinyl album comprises 31 tracks from the original 1998 PlayStation release of the game, composed by the Capcom Sound Team, pressed on two 180g red vinyl discs.

Both of the new variants are available to pre-order now from the Laced Records online store with shipping in September.

Laced Records has also revealed that more soundtrack represses will be announced over the next 12 months.
