The digital release is available now to purchase and stream.

The soundtrack to visual novel-puzzle game Murder by Numbers is getting a double-vinyl release and is available now across major digital platforms.

Developer Mediatonic and music label Black Screen Records have teamed up to celebrate Murder by Numbers’ first anniversary by releasing the game’s soundtrack on coloured vinyl.

The game’s full soundtrack, composed by Masakazu Sugimori (Viewtiful Joe, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, and Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective), is pressed on two vinyl discs: one purple and the other yellow. This 2xLP release features album artwork by the Mediatonic development team with character design by Hatoful Boyfriend creator Hato Moa and additional graphic design by Dane Baudoin.

Pre-orders are available now from Black Screen Records’ online store; this double-vinyl album also comes with a download code for the full digital soundtrack which can be redeemed from Bandcamp. Shipping is expected in August.

This 2xLP soundtrack is also being stocked by Ship to Shore PhonoCo. and Chipfreq as a distributed release for customers in North America and the UK, respectively.

The Murder by Numbers digital soundtrack is available now to purchase from Bandcamp and iTunes; the soundtrack can also be streamed from Apple Music, Deezer, Spotify, TIDAL, YouTube, and YouTube Music.

Murder by Numbers is available for Nintendo Switch and Windows.
