A humorous update before the start of Rock Band Rivals Season 21.

This week’s downloadable content update for Rock Band 4 features a couple of comedy music acts: Flight of the Conchords from New Zealand and Jonathan Coulton from the United States.

The following tracks will be available from 11th March:

  • Flight of the Conchords – “Demon Woman”
  • Jonathan Coulton – “Good Morning Tucson”

Tracks can be bought individually from the Rock Band Music Store.

The descriptions below are taken from this week’s release notes:

Flight of the Conchords’ song “Demon Woman” was featured in their Season 2 episode Prime Minister. The song is a spoof on “Devil Woman” by Cliff Richard, and Bret and Jemaine sing about how Karen is beautiful, but chaotic. Whether or not you’re familiar with this New Zealand duo, “Devil Woman” will be a fun (and funny) track to play along to.

“Good Morning Tucson” by Jonathan Coulton leans more on the non-comedic side of things and hails from his eighth studio album, Artificial Heart. The song itself places Coulton in the persona of a local news anchor who is experiencing some inner turmoil. Relatable. Guitarists – try your hand at singing along while you play – you’ll have a blast with “Good Morning Tucson”.

Rock Band 4 is developed and published by Harmonix for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
