Only 40 copies available.
The electronic soundtrack to the 2015 light-hearted role-playing game Deity Quest has a limited release on CD.
The game’s composer Chase Bethea (I Can’t Escape: Darkness, </reality>, and Aground) has added a limited edition Deity Quest soundtrack CD to his Bandcamp.
The CD comprises 31 tracks of music, two of which – “Death of a Deity” and “City in the Sky (Muranasty remix)” – are not featured in the game and included as bonus tracks.
The album features artwork by designer Michael Muranaka and includes reimagined characters from the game.
“I have composed every theme by reaching deep within my childhood roots of the greatest [RPGs] I have played and adding my own sound niche,” Bethea said. “This is by far the most music I have ever written for a game. I hope you enjoy it.”
The Deity Quest soundtrack CD can now be ordered from Bandcamp and is limited to 40 copies.
The digital soundtrack is already available digitally and can be purchased and streamed from Amazon Music, Apple Music, Deezer, iTunes, Spotify, and YouTube Music.
Deity Quest is developed and published by Fancy Fish Games; the game is available for Linux, macOS, and Windows.
