Who’s the voice talent behind characters such as Zed, Cerberus, Melodia, and Misedor?
Strategy role-playing game Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny is set for a 2021 release, which marks the first new Disgaea game in six years, and publisher NIS America has now revealed members of its main voice cast in the lead-up to the game’s launch.
The game’s central character is a young zombie named Zed who rises above his competition as he takes on the God of Destruction. Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny features 3D visuals which is a first for the series, over-the-top tactical combat, customisable settings, and a new spell called Super Reincarnation which allows players to relive their life again.
A features trailer (embedded below) takes a closer look at the various gameplay and combat options that will give players room to play how they want.
As for the voice cast, protagonist Zed is voiced by Brandon Winckler (Marvel Avengers Academy and Pokémon Masters); zombie dog Cerberus is voiced by Jason Marnocha (Fire Emblem Heroes and Wargroove); songstress Melodia is voiced by Kelly Baskin (Genshin Impact); and King of the Human World, the wealthy Misedor, is voiced by SungWon Cho (Yakuza: Like a Dragon and Monster Prom 2: Monster Camp).
