Orchestral arrangements of music from Bastion, Transistor, and Pyre.

The music from the first decade of titles developed by Supergiant Games have been packaged together for a vinyl release with three variants available to pre-order now.

All three albums comprise orchestral arrangements of music from the 2011 action role-playing game Bastion, the 2014 action role-playing game Transistor, and the 2017 action role-playing game Pyre – all composed by Supergiant Games audio director Darren Korb.

Songs of Supergiant Games: 10th Anniversary Orchestral Collection features guitar and vocal performances by Korb, singer-songwriter Ashley Barrett and an orchestra conducted by Austin Wintory (of Journey and Erica).

The standard edition of the collection is pressed on a 180g translucent red vinyl disc and comes with a full-colour 24-page booklet which contains lyrics and trivia for each song. This release also includes download codes for the digital album which can be redeemed from Bandcamp and Steam.

The special edition is pressed on two 140g ‘milky clear’ vinyl discs and also comes with the additional items included in the standard edition.

The limited edition (only 1,000 copies available exclusively at Supergiant Games) is pressed on two 180g black vinyls discs and also comes with the aforementioned additional items in the standard and special editions.

Pre-orders are available now from the Supergiant Games online store with shipping expected this autumn. At the time of writing, the limited edition is currently sold out.

Music label Black Screen Records is stocking the standard and special editions as distributed titles. Pre-orders are available now from the online store with shipping expected in early 2021.
