From the composer of Jotun and Sundered.
The soundtrack to afterlife-themed management game Spiritfarer is out now.
Spiritfarer is a game in which players take on the role of Stella, a ferry master tasked with transporting the deceased. Players will have to farm, harvest, and craft their way across the oceans as they befriend and look after spirits before setting them off into the afterlife.
The game’s soundtrack, composed Max LL, comprises 40 tracks of ambient and chilled music. The album also features vocal performances by documentary photographer Maude Plante-Husaruk and harpist-songwriter Timbre Cierpke.
Canadian multi-instrumentalist and composer Max LL has been a long-time collaborator of Thunder Lotus Games, having scored the music for previous releases such as the 2015 action-exploration game Jotun and the 2017 metroidvania game Sundered.
The Spiritfarer soundtrack is available now for purchase from outlets such as Amazon, Bandcamp, and iTunes. It’s also available from streaming services including Amazon Music, Apple Music, Deezer, SoundCloud, Spotify, and YouTube.
Spiritfarer is available now on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Linux, macOS, and Windows.
