Summer sale at Laced Records now on.

There’s a new variant of the DOOM 2xLP soundtrack available for purchase now from music label Laced Records.

The double-vinyl release comprises 20 select tracks from the metal soundtrack to the 2016 first-person shooter DOOM, composed by Mick Gordon.

This release has been pressed on two 180g orange vinyl discs and is limited to 500 copies.

There’s currently a summer sale taking place at Laced Records’ online store which is offering discounts of up to 80%, ending on 26th August. Items that are part of the sale include the red variant of the DOOM 2xLP and the DOOM double-CD soundtrack.

At The Game Awards 2016, DOOM took home two awards by winning the ‘Best Action Game’ and ‘Best Music/Sound Design’ categories.

The following year, the game won another two awards at the 2017 SXSW Gaming Awards by coming out on top in the ‘Excellence in Musical Score’ and ‘Excellence in Gameplay’ categories.

DOOM is developed by id Software and published by Bethesda Softworks; the game is available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Windows, and Stadia.
