Arriving on Halloween.
This week’s downloadable content update for Rock Band 4 consists of two songs: one by singer-songwriter Alice Cooper and the other by metal band Slipknot.
The following tracks will be available from 31st October:
- Alice Cooper – “Feed My Frankenstein”
- Slipknot – “Unsainted”
Both songs are included in the Rock Band Rivals Season 13 Spotlight Pass and can also be purchased individually.
The descriptions below are taken from this week’s release notes:
We’re starting off with Alice Cooper’s cover of “Feed My Frankenstein”. The biggest single off of Hey Stoopid, “Feed My Frankenstein” has some great guest performances on strings. It’s also one of Alice Cooper’s most popular live tracks, racking up nearly 1,500 performances since the ‘90s. With the dual talents of Joe Satriani and Steve Vai on the track, guitar is the highlight, though not by much! Nikki Sixx plays the bassline, and none of the usual Alice Cooper members slouch.
Also coming this week is “Unsainted”, from Slipknot’s new album We Are Not Your Kind. “Unsainted” is the band’s highest performing song on Billboard Hot Rock Songs and Rock Digital Song Sales, with other great placements in the top 10. Thanks to radio play like this, We Are Not Your Kind later debuted at #1 in several territories around the world! “Unsainted” is as hard as you’ve come to expect from Slipknot, so get ready to go in.

Developed and published by Harmonix, Rock Band 4 is available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
