Music from the latest action role-playing game from Tokyo RPG Factory.
Publisher Square Enix has announced that the soundtrack to action role-playing game Oninaki is out now on a number of digital platforms.
Oninaki is the third title from Japanese developer Tokyo RPG Factory – following I Am Setsuna and Lost Sphere – and is the studio’s first project in the action role-playing game genre.
The game centres around themes such as grief and reincarnation as players take on the role of Kagachi – a young Watcher whose duty is to “guide the wandering souls known as the Lost, and serve as keepers of the Living World and the Beyond.”
Composed by Shunsuke Tsuchiya, the Oninaki soundtrack comprises 50 tracks with a runtime of just under two hours and is available to purchase from iTunes.
Tsuchiya also composed music for the soundtracks to real-time strategy game Revolve8 and role-playing game Another Eden.
Developed by Tokyo RPG Factory and published by Square Enix, Oninaki is available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Windows.
