500 numbered copies each.
Through a collaboration between SPACELAB9 and Piko Interactive, a couple of retro ’90s beat ’em up games will be getting a re-release as special limited edition Super Nintendo cartridges.
Iron Commando and Gourmet Warriors will both be available for pre-order on 3rd October (1:00pm EDT/9:00am BST) from the SPACELAB9 website.
Both games come packaged in a custom deluxe rigid box and are limited to 500 copies each. Each title also comes with a 7″ neon-coloured vinyl, a Steam key, music download code, and other “additional bonus items.”
Iron Commando and Gourmet Warriors were originally released exclusively in Japan for the Super Famicom until Piko Interactive localised and ported them both to Super Nintendo and Windows.
These limited edition cartridges are compatible with PAL and NTSC consoles (region selection at checkout).
