Featurette includes the Bruce Banner-Tony Stark conversation seen at E3 2019.

As part of Marvel’s Avengers unveiling during the Square Enix conference at E3 2019, the voice cast of the upcoming action-adventure game appeared in a segment called “Assembling Earth’s Mightiest Cast“, in which the actors spoke about the personalities of the characters they portray.

“Everybody always portrays him as this super confident character,” said Nolan North of his character Tony Stark/Iron Man. “I think it’s a mask for him. I think he’s one of the most vulnerable guys.”

Troy Baker, who plays Bruce Banner/the Hulk, described Banner as “such a cool character” and noted he felt that perhaps the scientist doesn’t get as much attention as his green counterpart.

“A lot of people are quick to bring out ‘The Big Green’, but I think that Bruce is a super complex character.”

On the character of Natasha Romanova/Black Widow, Laura Bailey said: “She’s surrounded by all of this larger-than-life stuff and she has to step up to it.”

Be sure to watch the whole featurette in which Jeff Schine talks about his character Steve Rogers/Captain America and how he views the role of a leader, while Travis Willingham describes the appeal of his character Thor and working with an original story.

Marvel’s Avengers supports single-player and co-op with teams of up to four players. The in-game roster of playable characters will continue to grow as new superheroes will be added at no extra cost.

PlayStation gamers will get early access to the beta and “unique benefits” that will be revealed later, according to Scot Amos, Head of Studio at Crystal Dynamics.

Developed by Crystal Dynamics in collaboration with Eidos-Montréal, Nixxes Software, Crystal Northwest, and published by Square Enix, Marvel’s Avengers is scheduled to be released on 15th May, 2020 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Windows, and Stadia.
