Making its return to the Royal Albert Hall.

The symphony concert tour Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy has announced two dates for London, England in 2019.

Following a two-year hiatus, Distant Worlds will be returning to the Royal Albert Hall on 17th-18th May, paying a special tribute to 1997’s Final Fantasy VII.

Tickets go on sale from 14th December (9:00am). A limited number of VIP tickets will be available for both shows.

Special guests include Final Fantasy XIV vocalist Susan Calloway, and Japanese folk singer RIKKI, the latter in her London premiere performance of Final Fantasy X’s main theme, “Suteki da ne.”

With music direction from Arnie Roth, the concert features performances from the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the Maida Vale Singers.

As previously reported, Final Fantasy series composer Nobuo Uematsu decided to take an indefinite leave of absence from work back in September due to poor health.
