Includes playable crossover characters.

Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe has announced that the action rhythm series Taiko no Tatsujin will be making its European debut this November.

Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum ‘n’ Fun! for the Nintendo Switch will allow players to utilise motion controls and replicate the drumming actions with the Joy-Con controllers. Otherwise players can opt for the touchscreen controls and standard buttons.

Nintendo crossover characters Kirby, and Squid from the Kirby, and Splatoon series, respectively provide in-game support skills and are playable in the Rhythm Games Mode.

There are 70 songs in the game’s playlist, including music from Super Mario Odyssey, Dragon Ball Z, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and more.

The game also features 20 multiplayer rhythm-based minigames that support up to four players on a single Switch console; alternatively, multiple consoles can be connected through a local wireless session.

Developed by Bandai Namco Studios, Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum ‘n’ Fun! will be out in Europe on 2nd November.
