Pre-orders available this Friday.

Japanese style role-playing game Saturday Morning RPG is getting a limited physical release on Nintendo Switch and pre-orders are available from 25th May.

Developer Might Rabbit Studios is working with Limited Run Games in bringing out two physical editions of Saturday Morning RPG for the Switch. The standard version comes with a reversible cover and full colour instruction booklet. Pre-orders are open for a limited time and will close on 8th June.

The collector’s edition comes with the reversible cover and instruction booklet, but also 3.75″ posable Marty Hall and Commander Hood action figures, a music cassette tape, scratch ‘n sniff sticker sheet, double-sided 18″ x 24″ poster featuring art by Paul Mann and Eric Huang, and an official Nintendo Switch steelbook case. Only 2,500 collector’s editions will be produced.

The game’s soundtrack is co-composed by Vince DiCola, whose film credits include Rocky IV, and Transformers: The Movie, and Kenny Meriedeth, who composed the soundtracks to Transformers: Devastation, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan. It’s not clear how many tracks will be on the cassette tape.

Items are expected to ship by late August due to Switch cartridge production times. For more information, please visit the Limited Run Games website.
