Pre-orders available now.

Publisher Signature Edition Games has announced that pre-orders for platformer Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX are available now.

Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX is an updated version of the 1986 original Alex Kidd in Miracle World with all the original levels as well as some new ones. The game has new animations, graphical details, and improvements to gameplay mechanics.

Boss Rush Mode allows players to take on the classic boss fights over and over again whereas Retro Mode can be accessed at any time during gameplay to switch between the game’s original art style and modern graphics.

The game also features remastered music from the original release as well as reimagined tracks composed by José Ramón “Bibiki” García (Vigtafl, Burning Knight, and MicroTown).

There are two physical editions of Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX that can be pre-ordered from the Signature Edition Games online store.

The standard edition comes with a copy of the game, manual, and a keyring.
