Rhythm game sees the return of Asking Alexandria and Of Monsters and Men.
This week’s downloadable content update for Rock Band 4 features the music of British rock band Asking Alexandria and Icelandic rock band Of Monsters and Men.
The following songs will be available from 28th January:
- Asking Alexandria – “To the Stage”
- Of Monsters and Men – “Visitor”
Tracks can be bought individually from the Rock Band Music Store.
The descriptions below are taken from this week’s release notes:
Asking Alexandria released their second album, Reckless & Relentless, in April of 2011. From that album, they produced 6 singles, “To The Stage” being the fifth. “To The Stage” also became one of five songs to make up their short film, Through Sin + Self-Destruction, which shows just how hard the band loves to party. Guitarists that love slick riffs, this one’s for you. Vocalists, whether you scream or prefer the clean vocals, you’ll have fun with this one, too.
Icelandic stars, Of Monsters And Men, released their newest single “Visitor” at the tail end of 2020. “Visitor” topped the Billboard Adult Alternative Songs chart. This song follows the success of their previous album, Fever Dream. This year, Of Monsters And Men will be celebrating their 10th anniversary and they have a lot to be proud of. “Visitor” has a post-apocalyptic vibe, especially within its music video, and the vocals emanate beautifully throughout. Give it a shot this Thursday.
