The second half of the two-week Coldplay promotion.

This week’s downloadable content update for Rock Band 4 sees the continuation of the Coldplay promotion that started last week.

In celebrating the 20th anniversary of the British rock band’s debut album Parachutes, a total of four Coldplay songs will be released as DLC – two last week and another two from 13th August.

By purchasing the Coldplay Parachutes to Everyday Life Pack, players will get instant access to the following songs:

  • Coldplay – “Shiver”
  • Coldplay – “Speed of Sound”
  • Coldplay – “Champion of the World”
  • The Chainsmokers & Coldplay – “Something Just Like This”

“Shiver” and “Speed of Sound” can already be bought separately whereas “Champion of the World” and “Something Just Like This” will be available for individual purchase from this Thursday onwards.

There’s also another Coldplay-themed bonus challenge wherein players can earn extra points by playing the spotlight songs (more details here).
