A couple of metal tracks this week.
The downloadable content update for Rock Band 4 this week features a track by British metalcore band Architects previously available from the Rock Band Network and another by American heavy metal band Bad Wolves.
The following tracks will be available from 23rd July:
- Architects – “Learn to Live”
- Bad Wolves – “Killing Me Slowly”
Songs can be purchased individually.
The descriptions below are taken from this week’s release notes:
Drummers and guitarists are in for a treat with Architects’ “Learn To Live”. Architects hails from the United Kingdom and “Learn To Live” was the second single off of their fourth studio album, The Here and Now. Architects actively attempts to switch up their sound per record, and The Here and Now has a very energetic feel, capturing the sound of the band’s stage presence. Be ready to work up a sweat with “Learn To Live” while having the chorus stuck in your head for days.
We’re excited to add Bad Wolves’ “Killing Me Slowly” to the Rock Band library this week. A powerful and thoughtful anthem that tackles the subject of infidelity, “Killing Me Slowly” was the first single from Bad Wolves’ second studio album, N.A.T.I.O.N. Bad Wolves rose to fame quickly with their first ever single, which happened to be a cover of “Zombie” by The Cranberries. Proving their initial success wasn’t a fluke, the band followed up with three more #1 chart toppers on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Songs chart (including “Killing Me Slowly” which hit #1 earlier this year). When making N.A.T.I.O.N., Bad Wolves focused on creating a diversified track list that range from the heaviest they’ve ever attempted to catchy, hook-y tracks. “Killing Me Slowly” will surely be a welcomed addition to your Song Library.
