Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios have released the soundtrack to fighting game Mortal Kombat 11.
The original music in Mortal Kombat 11 has been principally composed by Wilbert Roget II, who also scored the soundtracks to Call of Duty: WWII, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, and Star Wars: The Old Republic.
Other composers who helped score the in-game stage music include Dan Forden, Rich Carle, Nathan Grigg, Armin Haas, and Matthias Wolf.
Additional musicians include Brian Effinger on guitar, Herman Witkam on duduk, Sebastian Freij on electric cello, Kathy Qianqian Jin on guzheng, Laura Intravia and Emma Sunbring on vocals, Matheus Garcia Souza on violin, John Stacy on horn and trumpet, Sam Bobinski on double bass, Doug Perry and Jasper LeMaster on percussion and drums, and Stelios Varveris on kemenche.
Mortal Kombat 11 (Original Game Soundtrack) comprises 36 tracks and is available now digitally from outlets such as iTunes/Apple Music, Spotify, and YouTube. The album is being released through Warner Bros.’ in-house label WaterTower Music.
