Upcoming series to have seven episodes.

BAFTA award-winning composer Jessica Curry will be back to hosting the video game music show High Score next month on Classic FM.

The third series will start on Saturday, 3rd November in the 9:00pm slot and be taking a look at video game music so far of this year, as well as some older selections.

With seven episodes instead of the usual six, the upcoming series will be bookended with two all-request specials where listeners can participate by sending in requests.

“The game music community is incredibly active and engaged so we have two listener request shows and we have a really fun episode called “The End of the World as We Know It” which tackles games’ obsession with the apocalypse,” explained Curry. “I’m going to be playing an incredibly wide range of music over the series and I think that there really is something for everyone, whether you’re an existing games music fan or not.”
