The Man in the Golden Mask.

In a PlayStation-presented Live Show at Tokyo Game Show 2018, two additional characters and their respective voice actors were revealed for the upcoming stealth-action game Death Stranding.

During the Kojima Productions panel that featured game creator Hideo Kojima and the Japanese voice cast, Tommie Earl Jenkins was revealed to be part of the game’s English-speaking cast as artwork of his character, drawn by Metal Gear artist Yoji Shinkawa, was shown on-screen.

Jenkins took to Twitter and said, “After 7 months of being sworn to secrecy, the word is out.”

In the latest game trailer, audiences are introduced to Troy Baker‘s character – a mysterious man wearing a golden mask, seemingly an antagonist to the central character ‘Sam Porter Bridges’.

Watch the English dub of the trailer by skipping to 47:44 if the video doesn’t automatically play at the correct timestamp. Alternatively, you can watch the trailer via a post Kojima has shared on Twitter Video.

Jenkins and Baker are part of Death Stranding’s voice cast that includes filmmaker Guillermo del Toro, Norman Reedus, Emily O’Brien, Mads Mikkelsen, Léa Seydoux, and Lindsay Wagner.

Developed by Kojima Productions and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment exclusively for PlayStation 4, Death Stranding has already had several trailers put out since it was revealed to be in development.

A release date for the game has not been announced yet.
