The actor will portray a rogue mercenary.
Developer and publisher Stardock Entertainment has announced that film and TV actor Adam Baldwin is joining the voice cast of its upcoming science-fiction role-playing game Star Control: Origins.
Aside from his film and TV work, Baldwin has also voice-acted several characters in recent video game titles including Infinite Crisis, Injustice: Gods Among Us, and Halo 3: ODST.
In Star Control: Origins, players encounter friendly civilisations and hostile aliens as they explore new worlds throughout the galaxy. As the captain of a high tech ship, players will be tasked with rounding up allies to fight an ancient alien threat.
Baldwin will portray a rogue mercenary commander who’s cooperating with a mysterious client. The actor said, “Great stories matter, and I’m looking forward to being part of the story the Stardock team is telling with Star Control: Origins.”

Star Control: Origins is scheduled for release on 20th September for PC.
